FPW 2017 Sana Safinaz Luxury Collection For Girls, after two days of everything fashion, the third and final day of Fashion Pakistan Week Winter/Festive 2017 concluded in a burst of extravagant bridal couture by Sana Safinaz on Thursday, at the Global Marquees in Karachi.
From elegant shirts and pants to fairy-tale gowns, from streamlined cuts with peek-a-boo cutout details to décolleté necklines alongside fully flared layered skirts, this collection was a masterpiece of its own. However, one would argue that it only looks good on the ramp, as one in a practical life would not carry it for the wedding, but one can always wear them to the Oscars if given the opportunity. The colour palette ranged from ivory whites to pastels including mint-green and light blues, from the deep colours to middle-toned colours. The feminine silhouettes were definitely appealing to the audience.
The Sana Safinaz, finale collection, ‘Roses and Rue’ was an exquisite visual monologue and showcased a revival of floral elements. A tantalizingly delicate yet deliberately powerful collision in a showcase of contemporary bridal couture with a distinctive western aesthetic resulted in a collection that was breathtakingly provocative. The audience walked into a set that gave a nod to the forest, with faux trees and boulders and shrubbery incorporated onto the runway.
Each garment was adorned with intricate work of Swarovski crystals, semi-precious stones and pearl detailing in bold section compositions, three-dimensional floral appliqués adorned with feathers.
With over 50 models strutting down the ramp, each wearing a uniquely and elegantly bowed gown, or a well-cut sherwani, the fairy-tale collection left the audience stunned and mesmerized and wanting more.
On the final day of FPW (Fashion Pakistan Week) Winter/Festive 2017 and this fashion week is concluded with stunning bridal couture by Sana Safinaz. This Fashion week is ended on this Thursday at the Global Marquees in Karachi. These beautiful dresses take the breath away.
